Location of Evacuated juvenile Detainees

Keith Nordyke reports that he is now in contact with the OYD (turns out they were looking for him as well) he provides the following report:

1. ALL Jefferson Parish juvenile detainees were evacuated pre storm to
Jetson (JCCY) and from there, some or all went to Calcasieu. There is a
good track on these folks through OYD and they are trying to get it for
me.
2. Orleans juvenile detainees were not evacuated until after the storm
and when the water began to rise. These juveniles ALL went to JCCY.
Some of these have probably been sent on but that isn't clear at this
time.
3. AT least two of the Juvenile Judges from down there (Gray and
Dougherty) have been in contact with OYD.
4. OYD is trying to compile lists now and will get back with me when
they have more.
5. If someone has a SPECIFIC juvenile that they need, let me know and
I can try to locate them.
6. From the sound of things when I called, they are very much working
the problem and are running hard.
