Certification of Eligibility Delayed

In an emial to members this evening the Louisiana State bar Association announced that the certification of ineligibility for those lawyers who have not paid their 2005/2006 dues or assessment and/or filed their Attorney Registration Statements by Tuesday, September 6 has been extended. LSBA will not penalize those members who have not made the necessary payments and/or filings by the September 6 deadline. Members who have not yet paid do not need to contact LSBA but should visit www.lsba.org for the most recent information. As soon LSBA is able to accept and process payments and registration statements, it will post an announcement on its website .
